Food Global Standards

As in most Food and Fresh Produce oriented enterprises, many regulations need to be enforced. 

Flex2B has a built-in solution for templating standards as well as the daily, monthly, yearly registrations that need to be made and registered. No more paper check lists, but a real-time online registration method, where you can enter the needed recording reports.

As a sample to this exercise, we have provide an extensive embedded sample template.

A FGS template is composed as:

- FGS unique ID or Template code

- A set of Chapters

- For each chapter, a set of Bullets

- For each bullet, a set of 'Main Items'

- and then, for each 'Main Item', the list of the actual Steps needed.

These steps will define what needs to be done. It is a definition how it will behave for an individual FGS-Recording (daily, monthly, yearly). You can indicate whether you expect a value to be entered, a checkbox (Yes/no box) or a text.

During its individual generation, it will generate record lines based upon the parameters, and whether all stages are active or not.

How to use it

We suggest to create a template for your own daily generation records. You can generate a report and print of store your recording to a PDF copy i.e.
