You should first contact your project leader or IT department to get the location where the app is hosted. Depending per company, the location, protocol (http or https), the visual looks of the app may vary from screen shots in this help document. The main reason is the adaptability of the application respecting the company entity. However, functionality will be relatively equivalent.
