Flex²B is developed in a Development environment call DataFlex, including a Development Studio, Web/Cloud Run Time and Windows Client run-Time. 

DataFlex is introduced, developed and owned by Data Access Worldwide.

For the European markets, they have a company called Data Access Europe.
